Pacing Strategy:I will start slow and then keep it steady within the 5:30-5:40 range. Slightly negative splits for the marathon. Only walk breaks are at aid stations to pick water/energy drink/snack.

I have started my running journey in 2014 (Before 2014 - my physical activity was Cricket. I used to play lot of cricket representing my company in the tournaments ). Finished my first AHM half marathon in 2015 and that’s when I decided to take this sport as a challenge. Finished 6 Full Marathons, Couple of Ultra Marathons and a 12 Hour stadium run under my belt so far.
Pacing Strategy:Strategy would be run even splits ( Run each Kilo meter at the pace of 5:55 so that we could save time for having water/energy drinks at the water station ). Taking easy on the hills and covering that time on the downhills would be a good approach for Hyderabad Course.

In early 2017, I chose to lead a physically active lifestyle with running to stay healthy and fit. I enjoy the process of training more than racing.
Pacing Strategy:Conservative approach, planning slightly negative to even efforts based splits with regular short walk breaks. Respect hills, don't challenge them on race day, run them slow, steady and strong. If you have 4:30h Marathon fitness, we can help you get there to achieve your goal with our pacing.

Have run at this course 3 times in past and this is one of my favourites as it is both challenging and interesting course. I enjoy running with group of people rather than running alone.
Pacing Strategy:For this event I have opted for Positive Splits. I believe that the 2nd half of the course is more challenging. I will not be having a walk breaks other than the water stations. We will be having a few 'very slow' splits at regular intervals through out the run.

I started running around mid-2016 and I've been running for about 3 years now. I now consider Running as important as Breathing. With a vision to live a healthy life, I started initially with Walking and used to run short distances of 2km to 5km and slowly focused more on 10Km, progressed to Half Marathons (completed 18 competitive Half Marathons until now) and the holy grail for every runner - full marathon. I have completed 2 Full Marathons, 1st one in AHM 2018 completed in just under 5:40 & the next at TMM 2019 with a Sub 5 hr finish, which was what I had trained for.
