BIB Pick Up

The BIB collection will be at the expo only. The BIB will not be distributed on the race day.

Runners are requested to come in person for collecting their BIB.
Please carry your original proof of identification to the Expo.
Only a government-issued photo identification card will be accepted.
In case you are unable to come, you may authorise a friend to collect the bib on your behalf.
Please send the authorisation email to your friend and cc info@marathonhyderabad.com. Your friend will need to carry a digital copy of the authorisation email and a digital copy of your photo id along with the own original photo id.
Please note that if you have not uploaded your Fully Vaccinated Certificate during registration, you are required to show Fully Vaccinated Certificate or RT-PCR Negative test taken within 72 Hours of race start time.

Traffic advisory note and road closure schedule for Airtel Hyderabad Marathon 2020

In order to make the roads safe for both runners and commuters on Sunday, the 2nd of August 2020, the organizers of the Airtel Hyderabad Marathon request the public to take into account the Marathon route and plan their travels accordingly.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank everyone for their cooperation.

Airtel Hyderabad Marathon 2020 will be held on the 2nd of August 2020. Around 15000 participants will be running 3 Events, namely: Full Marathon (42.195 KM), Half Marathon (21.09 KM), 10KM Run (10KM).

Route for Full Marathon:

The route for the Full Marathon starts at Peoples Plaza & goes through NTR Road, Tank Bund, Necklace Road, Khairatabad Flyover, Raj Bhavan Road, Panjagutta Flyover, Banjara Hills Road No 2, KBR Park, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Road 36 Jubilee Hills, Madhapur Police Station, Cyber Towers, Mindspace Circle using the new underpass, Bio Diversity Park, Gachibowli Flyover, IIIT Junction, Wipro Circle, GowliDoddi, Gopanapalli Junction, University of Hyderabad, GMC Balayogi Stadium.

Route for Half Marathon:

The route for the Half Marathon starts at Peoples Plaza and goes through Khairatabad Flyover, Raj Bhavan Road, Panjagutta Flyover, Banjara Hills Road No 2, KBR Park, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Road 36 Jubilee Hills, Madhapur Police Station, Cyber Towers, Mindspace Circle using the new underpass, Bio Diversity Park, Gachibowli Flyover, IIIT Junction, GMC Balayogi Stadium.

Route for 10KM Run:

The route for the 10KM run starts at HTEX and goes through Cyber Towers, Mindspace Circle using the new underpass, Bio Diversity Park, Gachibowli Flyover, IIIT Junction, GMC Balayogi Stadium.

For Runners wishing to reach People’s Plaza use the Khairatabad Flyover or Secretariat Road to NTR Road. Runners coming from Secunderabad can Tank Bund/Lower Tank Bund and NTR Road. Necklace Road will be closed for traffic.

Runners wishing to reach Hitex start point need to reach the location well in advance to avoid traffic closures. They need to reach via Kothaguda Junction or Ayyappa Society.

Traffic control is being implemented to ensure runners’ and public safety while minimizing inconvenience to the general public.
